D4US (short for Dynamik4 US) is a multi-disciplined engineering and architecture company that has dedicated almost a decade investing time and resources in optimizing and automating design-related processes using BIM while fostering efficiencies at all levels and in all phases of a project life-cycle. With a workforce of more than 120 Engineers and Architects, and more than 320 successful projects across multiple countries, D4US is constantly evolving and adapting to meet our clients’ needs while working as an extension of their team and providing the uttermost quality towards deliverables.

Our Mission & Vision

Dynamik4 was originally founded in Brazil back in 2017 by Sebastiao Lima Neto and Caroline Ribeiro Roquim to supply the high demand in the AEC industry for qualified BIM services across multiple countries. The idea behind the name “Dynamik” was intrinsically associated with their vision to create a business that was dynamic enough to adapt itself to the challenges the industry was facing while working with multiple different organizations and functioning as an extension of their teams. The number “4”, in retrospect, reflects the company’s mission to optimize and automate processes considering the four most important phases of a project as Dynamik4’s objective was to supply all clients from all trades in all those four phases.
